Star Mountain Plaza

Star Mountain Plaza is an integrated development that will incorporate two hotels catering for a mixed level of business and leisure travellers.

Within the complex will also be modern boutique style retail stores, bars, international cuisine restaurants as well as Papua New Guinea’s first Convention & Performing Arts Centre.

Land Surveys have been engaged by Smithbridge Group as the surveyors during the construction of the hotel, Convention Centre and multi-storey car park. Scope of works includes the set out of footings and columns, retaining walls and lift shaft.

Although given short notice, Land Surveys were able to mobilise onto the site quickly, delivering results to the client as efficiently as possible as to not delay the progression of the project.

Land Surveys are also completing survey works on this project for Sun Engineering.
